The simplest fast-start for integrating Brown’s Gas with a stationary generator is to insert it into the air intake of the generator. Results are like using Brown’s Gas with a mobile vehicle engine with the air intake integration method. Our test vehicle with a 2.0 liter turbo charged diesel engine shows a 27.5% diesel saving on the open road at higher rpm.

Our benchmark for integrating Brown’s Gas HHO with a diesel engine is fifty (50) liters BG HHO per hour per 1,000cc (1 liter) engine cubic capacity.

For example, a 175 Kw diesel genset requires 710 liters of Brown’s Gas HHO per hour. This would be delivered using a 1,000 L/hr Brown’s Gas HHO Generator machine.

A 365 Kw diesel genset requires a 1,700 liters of Brown’s Gas HHO per hour. This would be delivered using a 2,000 L/hr Brown’s Gas HHO Generator machine.
